Mother board

∎ The Mother Board involves lightning protection, Voltage monitoring, Version and device detection using a GPIO expander, battery management, Audio processor - Audio Amplifier, Ethernet Phy, NFC transceiver, Relay and some other interfaces like RS485, RFID, Wiegand.
∎ Interfacing Daughter cards like Display card, LTE Card, Camera Card, IMX6 SOM Board, Zigbee Card etc.,
∎ Power management for various ICs working in various voltage domains , preventing leakage current from one Card to another, one processor to other controller etc.


Zigbee Card

∎ Zigbee Card involves the SOC CC2350, Range extender CC2592 and the transmitting antenna section.
∎ Have experience in Tuning Antenna (Zigbee, NFC, Wifi Bluetooth etc).
∎ Have done Antenna placement analysis in product considering the radiation pattern and directivity.


Display Adapter Card - with Touch Panel - Accessible in Rain

∎ Have done - analysis of Outdoor Display with CTP - accessible in rain and MOHS hardness - 7 and brought into the design
∎ Have designed Display adapter cards with LVDS (single & Dual channel LVDS) & RGB interface between processor and Display (5”, 7”, 15.6”, 21.5”).

Tankless Water Heater Controller Board -R5F100PJG Based

∎ The board takes the universal AC input and from that the Isolated DC power is generated and taken for the domestic board consumption.
∎ The controller controls the Solenoid and Proportional gas valve flow based on the water flow sensed, temperature sensed, Flame rod sense, Overheat detection, Microcontroller state of activity, etc.,
∎ It intakes the control from the Remote device through IR to change the temperature to which the water must be heater.
